1. Acceptance of Terms

222win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Rules

Each individual player is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) account on 222win. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a shared device, or in conjunction with another person — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 222win will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify 222win customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must ensure that all registration information provided is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• 222win reserves the right to conduct periodic re-verification of account information, particularly following large withdrawals or significant changes in betting patterns.
• Players are responsible for any activity that occurs on their account, including bets placed without their authorisation if the account was accessed due to the player's own failure to secure their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 222win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. No currency conversion fees are applied by 222win on PKR transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Specific payment methods may have higher minimum thresholds as communicated on the deposit page.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the 222win wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK may take up to 30 minutes depending on the processing bank and time of day.
• 222win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (the "source of funds" principle).
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• A minimum of one successful deposit must be recorded before any withdrawal request can be submitted.
• 222win reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds not yet meeting rollover conditions cannot be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

222win offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, VIP programme rewards, and seasonal PSL or cricket promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal becomes possible.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets on odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%; casino slots contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). Exact contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, after which unmet bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times ("bonus abuse") constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 222win employs detection systems to identify such behaviour and will close offending accounts with forfeiture of all associated balances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 222win are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport, event, and bet type. The following general rules apply across all 222win betting and casino products:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of submission. Odds are subject to change before confirmation in fast-moving markets; the odds at time of bet acceptance are binding.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, 222win will settle outstanding bets in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market. In most cases, postponed cricket or PSL matches that are not rescheduled within 48 hours will result in void settlement at the original stake.
• 222win reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or data feed malfunction. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply per bet and per player, as published in the individual market rules. These limits may be adjusted for VIP players at the discretion of the 222win trading team.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer mechanics observable in real time. 222win does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 222win Platform — including but not limited to the 222win brand name and logo, website design and layout, game software and graphics, written content, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive property of 222win or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 222win content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222win and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

222win's total cumulative liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to 222win in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

222win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• A player's account being associated with a self-excluded individual through a shared device, IP address, or payment method.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination, any withdrawable real-money balance (i.e., funds that do not consist of unmet bonus amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to successful completion of all verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated pending wagering balances are non-refundable upon account closure for Terms violations.

12. Changes to These Terms
